Policy Overview

At IZHUB, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.

Free Cancellation Period

You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. You will receive a full refund of your payment.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incure a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

No-Show

If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without cancelling, you will be charged the full service price.

How to Cancel a Booking

You can cancel a booking through your IZHUB account by following these steps:

    Log in to your IZHUB account

    Go to My Bookings in your account dashboard

  3. 3

    Find the booking you wish to cancel

  4. 4

    Click the Cancel Booking button

  5. 5

    Select a reason for cancellation (optional)

    Confirm your cancellation
