Welcome to IZHUB. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services offered by IZHUB (collectively, the"Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
IZHUB provides an online marketplace that connects service providers with customers seeking their services. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IZHUB, whether you are a"Customer" (someone who uses the Platform to request services) or a"Service Provider" (someone who uses the Platform to offer services).
Throughout these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify IZHUB immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
IZHUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use.
IZHUB provides a platform that enables Customers to connect with Service Providers. IZHUB does not provide the services offered by Service Providers and is not responsible for the actions or inactions of Service Providers.
Service Providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of IZHUB. IZHUB does not endorse any Service Provider and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services they provide.
Customers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Service Providers. We recommend that Customers review Service Provider profiles, ratings, and reviews before booking services.
Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for services booked through the Platform. Payments are processed through our secure payment system.
Service Providers agree to pay IZHUB a commission fee for each booking made through the Platform. The commission fee will be deducted from the payment made by the Customer.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
IZHUB reserves the right to change its fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to Users through the Platform or via email.
As a User of the Platform, you agree to:
Service Providers additionally agree to provide services in a professional manner, to comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, and to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
The Platform and all Content provided by IZHUB are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. IZHUB and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and such Content.
Users retain ownership of any Content they submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on the Platform, you grant IZHUB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or Content provided by IZHUB without our express written permission.
IZHUB collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

IZHUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting IZHUB customer support. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and any Content associated with your account.
The provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IZHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL IZHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO IZHUB, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
