IZHUB Terms of Use

1. Who We Are

IZHUB connects customers ("Clients") with trusted local service providers ("Providers") for services like hair styling, cleaning, event help, and more. You can use the platform as a client, provider, or both.

IZHUB LTD is not a service provider — we facilitate bookings and payments, but the agreement for service is directly between the Client and the Provider.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

When a customer submits a booking request, the Provider must manually accept it. A booking is not confirmed until the Provider has accepted it. Customers will receive a notification once the booking is confirmed.

3.2 Payments

IZHUB uses Stripe for secure, encrypted payment processing.

When booking, customers pay:

• The full service fee set by the Provider
• A processing fee of 16.9%, which helps us maintain the platform, provide customer support, and process secure payments

This setup ensures:

• Providers receive the full amount they“ve listed for their services
• Customers experience transparent, secure transactions
• No fees are charged to Providers at this time

Providers are paid within 24 hours after the appointment is completed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellations

You may cancel a booking through the platform. Refund eligibility depends on how early you cancel:

• More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: Non-refundable

Refunds go to your original payment method. Providers aren“t paid unless the appointment happens.

4.2 Provider Cancellations

If a Provider cancels your confirmed booking, you“ll receive a full refund.

4.3 Disputes

Start by contacting the Provider directly to resolve any issues. If unresolved within 24 hours after the appointment, you may escalate to IZHUB via email or in-app. We will respond within 3 business days and may, at our discretion, process a refund.

5. Community Guidelines and Reviews

Clients can leave reviews for Providers. Offensive, misleading, or fake content will be removed. In the future, you“ll be able to upload photos too.

By using IZHUB, you agree not to:

• Harass, impersonate, or abuse others
• Book fake appointments or repeatedly no-show
• Post fake reviews or misleading content
• Cancel or reject bookings repeatedly without cause (providers)

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards.

6. Fees and Charges

• Clients pay a 15% platform fee, clearly shown at checkout.
• Stripe also adds a small processing fee.
• Providers currently pay nothing to use IZHUB — but this may change in future with advance notice.

7. IZHUB“s Role and Limitations

IZHUB facilitates bookings and payments. We are not liable for:

• Service outcomes or experiences
• Personal injury or property damage
• Late arrivals, no-shows, or schedule conflicts
• Third-party service failures (e.g., Stripe)

The contract is always between the Client and the Provider.

8. Platform Access

IZHUB is available as a web-based app (PWA) and may launch Android and iOS apps in the future. We may modify access or services without notice for maintenance or improvements.

9. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which aligns with UK GDPR. By using IZHUB, you agree to how we collect and use your data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you:

• Commit fraud, harassment, or abuse
• Break the cancellation/review rules repeatedly
• Violate these Terms or applicable laws

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes by email or in-app. Continued use of IZHUB means you accept the new Terms.
