How to Reset Your Password
Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your IZHUB account.
Password Reset Process
Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the IZHUB login page and click on the Forgot Password? link below the login form.
Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your IZHUB account and click Send Reset Link.
Check Your Email
Check your email inbox for a message from IZHUB. Click the password reset link in the email. If you don`‘t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Create a New Password
Create a new, strong password for your account. Make sure it meets all the security requirements.
You can also reset your password from the settings page when logged into your account as seen in the image below.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive the password reset email
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Try requesting another reset link
- If you still cannot receive it, contact our support team
The reset link has expired
Password reset links are valid for 24 hours. If your link has expired, simply return to the login page and request a new password reset.
I still cannot reset my password
